Saturday is the start of a very LONG weekend for Katie and I as we start the Crossfit Level 1 Certification class. 2 days of learning and getting our butts handed to us. I can't wait! So pumped to see what the trainers have in store for us! We'll make sure to take all of the knowledge we learn and bring it back to HIT!
Today I was absent from the gym while I rested in preparation for this weekend so I have no idea how things went today. Feel free to post your workout chosen and either 1RM and time it took to complete.

Oh I got some alright. did the 4 rounds row 500, 25 push-ups, 25 pull ups and sub 25 back extension for box jumps due to sore knee. Took me 30 min. Running a 5K would have been easier.
