Sunday was a rest day for those of us on the 3 on 1 off schedule, but I had to make up the push press/ L- pull-up WOD from Saturday. Let me say that I'm not a big fan of the L-Pull-ups! But I found a really great CrossFit here in Palm Desert called Desert CrossFit! I LOVE the community that I experience when I visit other CF gyms! Laura, the owner was more than accommodating and put Lok and I thru their version of a Fight Gone Bad Saturday that was awesome! They started kinda like HIT Fitness and alot of other CF gyms; in her garage (we started in a storage building, but that's because I have no garage!) That being said, it made me miss all of the great and awesome folks that work out at HIT Fitness! We have such an killer stable of real athletes that hit the WODs, I'd put our guys and girls up against anyone! I also got some killer ideas for some new exercises and WODs, so be wary.....:)
Bootcamp is still going strong for Tuesday. I won't be able to attend, by Mark and Katie will be there to give you what you need! I'd love to see some of our Bootcampers hit a CFWOD during the week! Come on in, don't be scared!

100 DB front squats
Use the same weight of dumb bell for each exercise, one in each hand. Day-day getting some hang time!
