Hey all! We made it back to good old South Carolina! Had a GREAT time out West, but there's definitely no place like home! Met some super cool people while in Cali and had some really great workouts at Desert Crossfit with Laura, the owner. She even took on a Wade Meetze original MetCon with me this morning and it was all I could do to keep up! Thanks for pushing me while on vacation, Laura! Desert Crossfit is my new "home gym" out West! It is really great to meet people from another part of the country that are as stoked about fitness and Crossfit as we are at HIT. I missed you guys and so did Lok-yi. Even the constant ribbing I take, the eye rolling I receive, the name calling, the hard time I get...I missed it. You all are the reason I'm in business and am truly happiest when I'm coaching and doing what I most love. Lok even stated that this is the most content she's seen me in quite some time and I owe it all to my peeps! Enough of the gushy stuff, I know you all have been slacking while I'm gone and the party's over! Time to get back to the business of making ourselves the best we can be! With that being said......
Our first annual HIT Fitness Holiday challenge will be starting on Monday November 23rd. We’ve got one goal…to help you look, feel and perform better. However, everyone’s challenge is going to be different! We will take the challenge and customize it to fit each person’s goals, needs, and lifestyles! So this is going to be for EVERYONE!! Details will be posted later this week. Dan, Katie, and myself will be available Thursday and Friday evening to go over all the information and customize your plan!!! This is NOT an option. OK, it is an option, but we want everyone to be involved, from the regular crossfiters to my bootcampers to my personal training clients. It's a challenge for everyone! We'll have a schedule of workouts, a customized diet plan, starting measurements and one thing in mind: to see what we can accomplish when we set our minds to it! Bootcampers will start their challenge after the official end of this session and this will be part of your next session. Something a little different for everyone! Get involved and get fit!
