Today was a good day. Always is when I get to see almost alll of my favorite athletes! The WOD today was pretty sick: 10 - SDLHP, 10 - push press and 10 - KB swings, AMRAP 12 minutes. Wow. Heavy and intense! Great job by all! I'm borrowing a WOD from another local affiliate, CrossFit Spartanburg, who borrowed it from CFJAX:
