Funny thing happens when you lift heavy weights: you get stronger! Today's WOD and this cycle of training is designed for just that. We are combining low reps, meduim range sets with heavier weights along with a metcon.
Today is Saturday at HIT CrossFit and that means FREE WORKOUT! WODs start at 10AM. Come one, come all and bring a friend!
Today's WOD:

Bench Press AND
Push Press
(take no more than 15 minutes to do all 10 sets)
rest 5 minutes
AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
10 clapping push-ups
5 HSPU
10 ring rows
